OPERATIONS PILOT · TWO WEEKS

Find the gaps between your CRM and invoices.

Turn two disconnected exports into one clear review queue. Start with a focused workflow, prove what is useful, then decide what to automate.

START WITH THE EXPORTS YOU ALREADY HAVE

Get a clear scope
before you automate.

For teams repeatedly checking CRM deals against invoices. Start by checking the export structures and agreeing which records should match. You receive a written basis for deciding what to build next.

  • A review of up to two agreed export structures and their record identifiers.
  • Documented matching rules, data gaps and exceptions requiring a business decision.
  • A proposed implementation scope and acceptance criteria for your review.

A five-minute readiness check

  • Which two systems produce the exports?
  • Is there a common deal or invoice reference in both?
  • Do period, currency and amount/tax basis match?
  • Who reviews duplicates, partial invoices and other exceptions?

Describe the workflow first.

The inquiry form offers optional prompts for your systems, approximate record volume, review time and desired outcome. A brief description is enough to start. Do not include customer records or files in the form.

File access and any handling of real data are agreed separately. Missing matches are items to investigate; they do not establish lost revenue or accounting conclusions.

A SMALL, CLEAR SCOPE

One workflow.
A useful handoff.

01 / DEFINE

Agree the check

Choose one operational handoff and up to two exports. Define the IDs, filters, data access and success measure together.

02 / BUILD

Make the gaps visible

Build a read-only comparison and review the exceptions with your team. Measure manual time and verified errors against the starting point.

03 / HAND OVER

Keep what works

Get the agreed workflow, a documented runbook and a results review. Further integrations and support are scoped separately.

Two CSVs. A clearer picture.

CSV data stays in this browser

This example checks one CRM deal against one invoice using an exact deal_id. The initial data is entirely synthetic. Paste your own exports or select local files to explore the same check.

CSV format & what this demo checks

Both files need deal_id,amount,currency. An optional CRM stage column includes only won deals in normal matching. Without it, all CRM rows are treated as won. Other columns are accepted.

Use comma-separated UTF-8 CSVs, up to 1 MB and 10,000 records each. Quoted cells, escaped quotes, CRLF line endings and a UTF-8 BOM are supported. Amounts must be non-negative, use a dot decimal, and have up to 18 whole and 6 fractional digits. Currency must be a three-letter code; currencies are never converted.

Use the same date scope, amount/tax basis and ID mapping in both exports. Split invoices, credit notes, partial billing and subscription schedules need a separately agreed rule. Duplicate or invalid IDs pause matching for those IDs. Missing IDs make otherwise unmatched records unresolved.

The report is a queue for review, not a statement of lost revenue or an accounting reconciliation. This page does not send CSV data to any server, store it locally or load analytics. The booking link opens the main VImplement site.

No account. No upload. No API calls.

IS THIS YOUR BOTTLENECK?

For teams still checking
the handoff by hand.

A useful starting point for B2B service teams that reconcile sales and billing in spreadsheets, chase missing identifiers, or repeatedly explain reporting differences.

Bring a description of the workflow and the systems involved. We agree access, deliverables, a fixed pilot fee and the acceptance criteria in a private proposal before work begins.
