The report cannot be more reliable than its source data and approved definitions. The client owns business validation of the figures; required Power BI and source-system licenses are not included unless agreed.

Can our existing Excel reports be reused?
Yes. They can provide requirements and validation checks, but definitions and sources must be confirmed before they become part of a new model.
How often can the report refresh?
That depends on the source, license, API, and data quality. The appropriate refresh frequency is agreed after source discovery.
Do we receive a fixed price?
Yes, once sources, KPIs, access, and report scope are clear. Unknown data sources are assessed in a separate discovery step first.
Which decision lacks reliable information?
