AI Workflows with Human Oversight
Move focused, repetitive tasks into a controlled workflow with clear rules for quality, exceptions, and human approval.

Pricing
Assessment: fixed price NOK 7,500, credited toward the price if you go ahead with a pilot (NOK 39,000, up to 30 hours).
Further implementation: Priced on request
Who this is for
- Service and administration teams handling many similar inquiries or document steps
- Organizations with a process owner who can approve rules, test data, and exceptions
- Teams needing a cleaner flow between forms, email, Microsoft 365, and CRM
Signs this may be relevant
- The same information is classified, copied, or summarized manually every week
- Replies and documents follow repeatable patterns but still require the same checks
- Exceptions, errors, and manual handoffs lack a clear queue or audit trail
Included in the delivery
- Process map with ownership, risks, and measurable acceptance criteria
- Working pilot for one agreed workflow
- Agreed connections to available systems, permissions, and APIs
- Logging, error handling, and a clear route back to manual handling
- Test record, operating notes, and handover to the process owner
Scope and engagement model
For teams with a repeatable process, a named process owner, and a concrete goal for what should become easier. The first delivery is normally one prioritized workflow—not a promise of fully autonomous operations.
A focused sprint covering discovery, pilot, testing, and handover. Scope, system access, acceptance criteria, and fixed price are agreed before implementation starts.
How the delivery works
Focus
Choose one process and document current effort, exceptions, and ownership.
Design controls
Define rules, data access, approval thresholds, and the manual fallback.
Build and test
Run the pilot on agreed test data and document failures before production use.
Launch and hand over
Release in a controlled way, review exceptions, and transfer operating ownership.
Important boundaries
AI output requires human oversight where errors could affect customers, finance, rights, or material decisions. Integrations depend on available APIs, required licenses, and approved access.
Frequently asked questions
Do we actually need AI?
Not necessarily. Discovery separates work best handled by fixed rules, conventional integration, or AI. The simplest robust option is preferred.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Often, but only after APIs, licenses, data-processing roles, and technical access are confirmed. These dependencies are included in scope before fixed pricing.
What happens when the model is uncertain?
The pilot uses agreed thresholds, logging, and a manual queue. Uncertain or high-risk cases do not continue automatically without approval.
Is one process repeated every week?
Describe the process, volume, and systems involved. You will get a candid view of whether AI, fixed rules, or a simpler integration is the better fit.
